Kamp Kiwanis is 102 acres, bounded on the west by Kiwanis Road. The camp can be defined in three zones:

• The Upper Level where the Kamp entrance, the Administration Building, Dining Hall, Governors Hall, Drama Center, and Upper Cabin Area are located.
• The Pond Level where fishing and boating activities are featured.
• The Lower Level on the South end where the Swimming Pool, Lower Cabin Area, Activity Field and Lower Bath House are located.
