Kiwanis Clubs are eligible for a special discount. If a Kiwanis Club sponsors 10 kampers then a club is eligible to get 1 kampership free. Clubs should submit this request with their reservation form.
* A $200 deposit is required for all kampers and is non-refundable and non -transferable.
* A full refund less deposit, will be issued for cancellations and refund requests submitted in writing and postmarked on or before May 30, each year.
* A 50% refund of kamp fee, less deposit, will be issued for all cancellations and refund requests submitted in writing and postmarked after May 30 each year and before the date that falls fourteen (14) business days prior to the first day of a camp session. No refunds or credits will be given for requests received less than 14 business days prior to the start of a session.
Refunds and/or credits will NOT be issued for the following:
* Program or activity cancellation or modification as a result of acts of God, acts of terror, unsuitable weather conditions, or unsafe conditions per the discretion of the Directors or Designee.
*When a kamper is sent home or absent from Kamp for any reason, such as but not limited to: homesickness, medical or behavioral issues, family issues, scheduled appointments, etc.
*Cancellation or refund requests received within fourteen (14) business days prior to the start of the Kamp session.
NOTE: Parents/Guardians or the Agency are responsible for transportation if a kamper is sent home for any reason, including medical, behavioral, emotional, and psychological difficulties.
